Welcome back to a new school year! I look forward to seeing you in Culinary Arts Foundations! Culinary Arts Foundations is an exploratory course for students considering career pathways related to culinary arts.
ProStart 1 (Culinary Arts Careers 1)
Welcome back to a new school year! I look forward to seeing you in ProStart 1! The ProStart 1 course prepares students for occupations and higher education programs of study related to the entire spectrum of careers in the food industry, including (but not limited to) food production and services; food science, dietetics, and nutrition; and hospitality and tourism.
ProStart 2 (Culinary Arts Careers 2)
Welcome back to a new school year! I look forward to seeing you in ProStart 2! The ProStart 2 course is the next level of culinary arts education after ProStart 1. This course prepares students for occupations and higher education programs of study related to the entire spectrum of careers in the food industry, including (but not limited to) food production and services; food science, dietetics, and nutrition; and hospitality and tourism.
